Yas Banifatemi, partner at the international law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP and the Firm’s Global International Arbitration Practice Group Leader, today gave a detailed presentation for the seventh webinar episode on the topic of ‘Arbitration as a means of improving human rights protections at sea’.
