Dr. Yas Banifatemi discusses “Arbitration as a means of improving human rights protections at sea”.
Paris. France. Yas Banifatemi, partner at the international law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP and the Firm’s Global International Arbitration Practice Group Leader, today gave a detailed presentation for the seventh webinar episode on the topic of ‘Arbitration as a means of improving human rights protections at sea’.
The webinar took place on 3 June 2020 with supporting organisations: ArbitralWomen, Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA), Careers in Arbitration (CiA), the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC).
